AYAA Board of Directors Elections

On Wednesday September 11, 2013, 6:30PM at Muth Park all positions for the AYAA Board of directors will be open for elections.
Positions Include:

President - The President shall be the chief executive officer and shall have the responsibility for the general management of the organization and shall carry out the resolutions of the Board of Directors.
Vice President - Vice President shall share the responsibility for the general management of the organization and during the absence or disability of the president shall have all powers and functions of the President. In addition the Vice-President shall be responsible for scheduling games.
Treasurer -The Treasurer shall have the care and custody of all funds and securities and shall deposit said fund. The Treasurer shall when duly authorized, sign and execute all contracts when approved by the President. The Treasurer may also sign checks, drafts, notes, and orders for the payment of money which shall have been duly authorized and approved by the President. The Treasurer shall be responsible for all budgets and records and shall have an audit done on the records once every year. The Treasurer shall also coordinate all fundraisers.
Secretary - The Secretary shall keep minutes of the meetings and shall take care of all publications and press releases.
League Directors - League directors shall consist of Instructional League, Coach Pitch, Boys/Girls Minors, Boys/Girls Majors, Concessions, Fund-raising and Grounds. The running of the day today activities are the responsibility of the directors of the respective leagues.The league directors are responsible for the care and maintenance of their individual leagues equipment.
